About
Cathedral of Refuge Church of Deliverance, Inc. began its mission to bring people to Christ on October 12, 1997. According to II Corinthians 4:3-4, the gospel must be shared with those who are lost and blinded by the world in order for them to receive healing through Jesus Christ. To minister to the hurting humanity and total man, this ministry must be equipped for the 21st century and willing to help everyone without exclusion.
The vision includes not only Sunday morning worship and Wednesday evening Bible study, but also outreach throughout the week, feeding the hungry, housing the homeless, senior adult care, substance abuse programs, tutorial programs, and literacy programs. All of these will be housed under “A Place of Refuge”, a charitable and educational corporation that allows those in need to find refuge in the church and in Jesus Christ.
